Refund Policy

At ByMillaJ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund policy for our customers.

1. Returns:

  • You have the right to cancel your purchase and return the product within 14 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, please inform us via email at (click)info@bymillaj.co.uk. We will confirm receipt of your request and provide the return address.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Please note that the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, you must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
  • The item can not be used nor show signs of being worn.
  • Custom made orders are not refundable.

2. Responsibility:

  • Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
  • As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

2. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
